New level 29 twink item in 2.3

In 2.3 there will come a new twink ring for level 29. It's called Deadman's Hand. Deadman's Hand - Items - World of Warcraft

It will have 10 stamina and when struck in combat has a chance of freezing the attacker in place for 3 sec.

It will drop off Arcanist Doan in SM Library.

They have it listed there as an epic item. Will this carry through to the live servers, I can't imagine it would.

of course it can carry as epic to live servers, but I believe the drop rate can be miserable low. You know there is already some "low level" epics for example Thottbot World of Warcraft: Blade of Eternal Darkness or Thottbot World of Warcraft: Dragon's Call. Then again these may be the only ones and they drop from Maraudon and ST and they are lvl 49-57 >_<.

there was a guy on the wowhead comment which asked does it with the frostmage talent, i'll tell you guys if you woundered.. Yes it does - Works with any frozen target (Doesn't even have to be yours)
