With these enchants and the mats you'll use:

Bracer, 9 stam: 15 illusion dust
Boots, 7 stam : 10 dream dust.
Cloak, 70 armor: 8 illusion dust.
Gloves, 20 frost dmg: 3 nexus, 10 large brill, 4 essence o water
Chest, 100 hp : 6 illusion dust, 1 small brill
Staff, 9 intel: 12 greater eternal, 2 large brilliant shard

Even better on staff 30 spell dmg, 4 large br, 12 grt. eternal,
4 essence of wat, fir, wind, 2 golden pearls.

Go full frost, use blink to keep away from rogues and warriors. Get frost all the way to cold snap.

Mage's aint the best twink class at this level but well played its actually lots of fun.
And the gear helps too ofc. ^_^
