Prep yourself with Legion levelling
Here is a little tip for getting ready for legion and getting a quick headstart out of the gate for levels. If you haven't finished the bonus objectives for zones in draenor yet, you can set them up and have them prep, as well as the obvious full quest log LIKE Pet battles that scale with your level. You can pop these all at once when Legion levelling finally unlocks.
These are pretty straight forward but just spreading awareness on this to get fellow ownedcore members a headstart.

I think it's kinda pointless this time, since we're going to have to do all the quests anyway for rep etc.
But if you still want to do it I've got a better suggestion - instead of getting random quests like OP suggested, stockpile on dungeon quests you get from your inn. Day or two before Legion hits faceroll the dungeons & you'll have a questlog full of exp easy to getting, just in your garrison.

its not such a bad idea since the quest reward ilvl scales with ur level so u get some decent starting gear but if its rly worth it in the long run considering how fast ull get rid of the quest gear i dont know

At least for last addons it wasn't pointless. Two points:
1) if you are one level area in front of the wall of players starting with first quests - you don't need to fight about questmobs/things.
2) if you are on a unbalanced pvp realm, like mine where my faction is like 10% and the other 90% - in the next area there are no 84349823423 players hunting your ass
Btw. is there still a questlog cap? There was always a 25 quest cap, but since prepatch i cannot see any limit anymore???

This is interesting if there is no longer a quest cap. Would be cool if someone would post a guide with list of quests to prepare for legion. Like high awarding exp ones and etc...

Wasn't something like this posted a few weeks ago about how to maximize your leveling at start of legion? You can reach 5 levels in 2 hours finishing bonus objectives and quests and what not.

Would like to know about this.

I couldn't find it. I would really be interested in that.

This is nothing but a bad idea. You'll get owned by mobs being level 105 while you have level 100 gear, and you're going to lose almost all the time you saved by doing this. Not to mention that you'll HAVE to do almost all the quests anyway to unlock world quests, and they'll be harder for a fresh level 110 than a leveling character because of scaling.

I just love KuRIoS
as much as getting ahead of the competition is a good idea, i agree entire with Galithiel.

Unless you are racing for server first level 110.

I'm actually speechless.
Like What? Unless you are worse than the typical LFR raider, you have zero problems killing even Lv110 mobs with Lv100 Gear and yet you think you'll have problems with Lv105 QUEST mobs.
