Trying to figure out why you don't have combat maces spec or a ar prep build either. Also trying to figure out why you don't have resto druid/rogue listed, which is another very strong combination for rogues.

Better Mutilate spec imo.
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
I dont really like that resto build. I went with 8/11/42 to get the extra feral armor and the charge and increased bash. Those help alot of many things including stopping heals or charging a healer to quickly get away from dps that might be on you. The bash helps to get people off you and gives you enough time to cyclone them while there bashed. It's also very useful for stopping heals for a longer period of time.
this was really useful. Plus Rep to you~QQtwocents
Nice builds

Now this is an arena guide! I've seen some guides on here for arena and this is the best one I can think of. Plus you got the paladin spec right!
+Rep for you. : )

That's the spec I use for arena healing as a resto shaman. Led a 2k+ 5v5 and 2.1k+ 2v2. The main thing is to use all of your totems(resist toems are something I don't see done a lot against mages) also btw and use bloodlust at a good time(right when your team also pops their cd's and main focus is low on hp). Also use rank 1 earth shock as much as possible to interupt any heals you see. Rank 1 frost shock will also be very nice with DR being removed on it.
Why does no one understand how to use the PM function. Jeez.
(Thanks for all the positive feedback aswell!)
