Dude you are nitpicking... with your logic he should add the skill level he is at as well as his latency, PC config, whether he have family members that can bother him(you) thus slowing the process etc... seriously.

I think ifritone's point was reasonable. Only moonkins optimized for farming can even get a fraction of those numbers, it is an important point that needs addressing upfront in the title. For melee classes for example you'd be looking for a different type of situation, tougher mobs closer together.

If you look at the way someone like asmongold puts a figure on gold farming, he gives a generic number based on an average of all classes that's also very conservative, which is generally much less than he makes on his main.
