oh if you are talking about op then ya it still works. you cant sit and camp same rare tho over/over/over depending on how many people server hop. if you do what crunk copied from this thread

Thanks for this. I continued using the method with any rare i came across. With use of NPC_Scan and map overlay you can find rares so easy.(low level rares you need to mouse over to get the sound alert now) Cross realm assist for easy switching and kill multiple times before moving on. Made leveling alot faster. Nice fill in for when dungeon times are long. +rep
