From recent wowhead comment. +165 gph at max
Golden Fleece - Item - World of Warcraft
After the nerf to these trinkets (nixchecker has most info), most importantly the ICD to 10 minutes, I would reconsider before going into the field with this and/or Golden Fleece equipped. Quick facts learn us that:
The Fleece averages at 7.5g and Moss at 20g per pile.
Not counting the ICD, the Fleece generates 45g/hour and the Moss 120g/hour.
Due to the ICD, neither trinket can be unequipped inbetween pile looting.
This means that during farm sessions you are sacrificing one useful trinket for 120g/hour or both for 165g/hour.
Unless you severely overgearing content, equipping the Fleece seems no longer profitable.
If you are consistently looting it, the Moss can still give you some additional gold.
Even 120g per hour is not that much in WoD, but can be worth a trinket slot if you're farming content anyway and don't need the output boost. Carrying only the Golden Moss has the additional benefit there are no seperate cooldowns to track.
