Max Saber rep in about 3 hours solo

Did this as a hunter. I think most classes can solo. Grab the shredder or bombardment for some extra damage.

1. Get any rep buffs you can (DMF, etc.)

2. Find Krell the Serene here:



3. Kill him for 600 rep solo - 715 with 10% DMF buff - probably due to some math that I suck at (last kill was at cap):



4. Realm jump with whatever tool you use. (I use Cross Realm Assist)

6. Kill him again and again and again


Took me just over 3 hours to get to max rep. I think I needed like 60 kills total (again with the math thing):

Need somebode on Horde to try this out, as a tank, i don't do enough damage to kill him that often.

edit: working like a charm. When u think u don't deal enough damage, just do it in groups.

Thanks! Initially wasn't sure I was getting was the right amount or if I was supposed to be getting rep over and over from a rare kill (since I could only loot it once per day) but rep amount and ability to gain it are completely legit, so it was moved to guides. : )

For times sake you can get revered in around 1hour with a decent group, pulling all mobs and always keeping an eye on rare

Thanks for sharing this. I kill him in 1 minute on my 700 ilvl warrior solo, and that addon you linked is just amazing. Going to be exalted in less then a hour as I was almost revered when I started!

True, there are always other options. Though, I am going to guess it takes more than 1 hour to revered. Even at launch, the corner with the fast respawn was only about 12k per hour and that was patched almost immediately. You can probably get to max rep in about 4-5 hours with a *good* cross realm group, constantly switching leaders for the rares and running around like crazy.

Or you can relax, sit in one spot, solo (or with a friend) and easily walk through max rep in a few hours.

Yea that would be awesome. That Cross Realm Assist addon is awesome as well, much more valuable then the exalted rep to me, its godmode for farming ore!

Not an exploit, but I farmed them in the cave where you also find Discarded Helm - Object - World of Warcraft

Kill > Realmhop > Repeat

Don't bother farming Krell if you want to buy the mounts.
