basically all you do is make a monk all monks get 10% movement speed
get un soul binding shoes "dress shoes" work well for this enchant them with anything that says movement speed and get a heirloom cloak with Gift of (cheapest one)
such as gift of mastery.

130% base movement speed

also you could lvl to 5 for roll if you're feeling extra special.

Not suprising that getting items that increase movement speed increases movement speed, and choosing a class that has movement abilities, gives more movement. What is this useful for, and what is the intention of this post? I honestly don't see it.

No need to be a dick, he made a guide on how to make a faster moving bank toon, the guide has was it says it has. I don't see the reason to bash this guy. Had some tips in there I didn't think of.

sure sure it may be as simple as gaiz.. GAIZ.. bigger bags = more bag space..

fastest bankalt right here!
Make a lvl 64 hunter.
use that aspect of whatever that makes you run fast
grab the staff from Cenarius rep that makes you run faster
enchant cloak with gift of whatever.
get AV boots, and enchant them with speed.

and Voila, you're the fastest bankalt in the world.
