Your target will be Stoneshard Grubling - NPC - World of Warcraft. Which will spawn in packs of 8, in 7 different packs.

Just tested it out for a bit. It's not a semi-bad spot but the one at Spires of Arak is like insanely much faster.

Good find thought for when that gets crowded or nerfed.
