With the release of 6.0.2, Blizzard added a new feature that allows certain vanity and fun items in a special slot called a Toy Box. This guide will cover how to get them.

Shado-Pan Geyser Gun - Item - World of Warcraft zone should say ToT not Dalaran.

Ring of Broken Promises mobs are lvl 100, not boss lvl and you must be lvl 100 to accept the quest.

Thanks for the update. I assumed they were boss mobs though because when the wolves spawned you could see them as 100+, but its more likely they are just level 100.
