Quest Items that can be used anywhere and for fun

Not going to make a huge post about how to get it all and everything. Just going to explain what I mean and some.

1. Totem of Spirits is a quest item from shadowmoon valley, allows you to place a totem down anywhere every 30 seconds, can place around 3-4 before they expire
2.Archmage Vargoth's Staff is a quest item from Netherstorm which summons Archmage Vargoth for 2 minutes, he is a ghost man which looks look
3. Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm which applies a Lip Balm to avoid getting warts when kissing frogs, Gives you a neat little buff that says you can kiss frogs without getting warts - nothing special
4. Angler's Fishing Spear hurls a massive spear the direction you are facing, able to use anywhere and everyone can see it. Fun to throw at people
5. I-Scream Cryocannon puts a jetpack type thing on your back and stays for ever as long as you keep the quest and item in your bags

If you guys have found any others that are still able to collect I'd love to know, This thread is a starter for more Vanity items such as these.

Oh I love these things! I have a few more "trash" buffs like #3. on your list.

Are there any similar Quest-Items for Horde? =( i realy bad want the Ore but it seems not possible for me (horde)
