Sorry! This sounds like absolute bullshit to me. There is NO END OF THE GAME! There is always more quests to do. Done all the heroic instance quests...Oooh What about Black Temple....Im sure you didnt Down Illidan yet

If you didnt kill Illidan, You still have an uncompleted quest. O' NOEZ!

In all sincerity and.. well, not too much, but.. respect.. If a 70 doesn't know where to quest for money they probably got powerleveled or used an acc trading site.

Move to Tanaris and take all the quests from Gadgetzan and ding up to 5 levels!!1 (with just a little bit of work)

I can't remember being 5th to 70 on my server and still having more than 20 quests total left in outland to complete.
