How to get gold for the first time.

So, you've decided to start playing wow, and need to make a little gold to get you started and pay for things. This is understandable, and not that hard to accomplish.

Here's how to do it:

1 - Start a Rogue.
2 - Level to 15 by questing, killing stuff, or pet battles. Choose the Nightstalker talent so you move faster in stealth.
3 - Level to 16. At this point, you learn Pick Pocket.
(You're probably wondering how you can make gold picking pockets)
3 - Go to Northern Barrens. If you are playing Horde, you're probably already there.
4 - Pick the pockets of Kor'Kron mobs (not the Earthshakers)

Normal mobs at level 16 drop ~1 Silver to ~3 Silver.
The level 90 Kor'Kron mobs you are pickpocketing will drop ~38 Silver to ~72 Silver and occasionaly drop greys that vendor for 1g25s(and they stack).

No they are no threat to low levels. I did a quick test with my level 65 rogue for about 10 mins. Average about 50 silver per mob, I got 10 of those vendor trash that sells for 1g 25s each and a junkbox that contained 12g. Good if you are rolling on a new server and need start up gold or maybe if you automate might make it profitable.

Take advantage of people laziness.

Sell tomes of the clear mind, dust of disappearances, BS hammers, enchanting rods, empty vellums, and gateway stones right from the vendor - onto the auction house.

The more needed it is, the easier it is to make a profit. You'd be surprised at how lazy people are, and how many of those lazy people would rather exchange gold for time.
Which is fine. Since everyone wins in the end.

Although you make 26g, sometimes they don't often put a blingtron 4000 in orgrimmar.
Having both the daily, and doing this can get you quiet a bit of gold. Enough maybe to buy all 4 16slot bags in under an hour.
