How to Farm Lots of embersilk Cloth // 5-12k+/hour

Was sadly disappointed with this spot, I farmed this hardcore for 1 hour with potion of treasure finding and enchanting/tailoring. I only got 600 cloth, some ore, enchanting mats for deing greens. Overall if everything sells at the AH price it would only be around 2k gold. Didn't find this spot worth it at all. Yes, I did know what I was doing and had a solid route and only killed groups with atleast 3 mobs and aoed them all down in a matter of seconds in each group.

Thats very odd because farming this on my shitty shadow priest in 1 hour in just cloth I will get 5k. Not including de'ing the greesn into dust. I can probably average 8k/hour in this spot on my spriest. So the prices must be terrible on your realm.

I currently average 8-9k gold from this spot. Around 1.5k-2k cloth. I found using a guild bank option greatly increased the productivity of the farming to empty all the slots in the bags. This spot works if you do it right if not then you're just wasting time.

I usually sell the greens for around 40-50g depending on the item. If they are items with just 2 stats they get DE'd other than that they are 40-50g each.

droprate of tiny treasure chest with potion has been nerfed. cloth drop quantity by a fair margin too ~10%. otherwise still a good spot, clocking about 1.2k cloths compared to 2 days back at 1.6k cloths(constant). Seems like GMs are monitoring this forum alot.

GM's wouldnt of nerfed this spot now. The spot has been out for 1 year+ and in public.

Might be too much to ask but could someone make a longer video about them farming this, as I've done this for over 10 hours, and have not got more than 735 cloth per hour, and just can't understand how people have got 1.5k-2k cloth an hour. I'm a 570 monk and just aoe the groups done in literally 2 seconds, and am just not getting that much cloth, with tailoring and potion of treasure finding. I am killing 1 group at a time, but I aoe them down in 2 seconds and move onto next group etc. so it goes fast, and I'm positive I am farming this effectively.

On my mage I average around 1800-2000 cloth/hour just running around with tailoring and the potion. So im not sure I wouldnt see why being melee would effect the spot but ive never pulled any numbers that low. Are you sure you have the four heads are better than none quest? if the mobs arn't all stacked up then you didnt have the quest.

Made around 1800 cloth in an hour. Made deathsilk belts which I DEed and sold the dust stacks for around 260g. Also disenchanted all the greens as they don't sell. About 4k an hour on my very very populated server. This was without scavenging and I got an invite to a dead server for the farm so I was all alone.

I honestly don't know how it is even possible to get that much. I have the quest, all mobs are stacked, I kill each group within seconds, have potion and tailoring, and max I have got was 740. How do you people get triple that. Monks are one of the best aoeing classes, which is what I am, and I have a high ilvl (571 now). I am now making decent money with this with the volatile water/fire/earth etc. from the chests but am not seeing that much cloth. Are you guys pulling multiple groups at the same time or one at a time? I am doing 1 at a time but aoe them down in 4 seconds (timed) so it goes fast, then mount up and rush to next group.

Yeah I can't see how this is good. The most I see in a group is 6, is that normal?
