In Theory you can still do the same things with level 90's so if you get a friend to give you their info you can do it with 1 90 it will take long but its still quicker than BG's and Timeless and i got to 1504/2000 and i might as well go for the title so its still possible you just need a 90 for it

Today I was testing this out. We got 220-260 coins per use of Oath. Which has a 10 minute duration/cd. So basically we managed to get 1300-1500 coins per hour.

Bind "interact with target" to 1 and put this macro on 2:
/target Spirit Healer
/run RepopMe();
/run AcceptResurrect();
/run AcceptXPLoss();

Have the dieing guy be naked and chose a graveyard where he respawns within talking range of the spirit for even more speed. Think we got 312 in 1 use at the most.
