No, he ment that if you get CC:ed, your auto-attack stops, with that macro you will start auto-attack when CC is gone. ( I think)

If u do /script SILVER_PER_GOLD=1 ur gold will be doubled by 100 times.. bad thing is that items from vendors are also made 100 times more expensive.. :P so it's not a gold trick that u can use for anything.. :<

Hmm try Filefront stream, the paradox is that it has a link for download but no streaming (at least when I click that link). The Filefront download link doesn't work for me neither, but the streaming one works, so try that one
