Hmmm... I don't think Brian Kopp will sue every user that downloads his guides "illegally" since it would cost him a heck of a lot in fees. Anyway, he would most likely track the main source that is giving the guides away and sue him/her.

So go ahead and download, he won't sue you, just the main source.
