You didn't include the rest of his guide.

As for my idea to go from 43-60...
TLDR: use a 70 warrior instead of mage, 43-48 brd. 48-55 lbrs 55-60 ramparts.
mage can still work, but its much more difficult, and possibly slower than warrior.
explanation:
on my shaman a few weeks earlier, i was trying to find a good place after SM. i tried mara, RFD, ZF, ST, etc....
All pretty much sucked for a mage to power level. Since i was a shaman, i had my warrior buddy come in and do ZF, and he went through the instance as i healed him. I went through ZF until around 48 or something, (was fast, but not SUPER great) and then my friends and i hit another wall of ' uhh wtf do i do now. ' BRD saved the day. it was amazing leveling. tons of mobs, easy to reset, some decent loot as well.
around 50-51 we looked around at other instances. LBRS was a little better than BRD, and we did LBRS til 55. At 55 we went to ramparts. Ended up leveling in there until 60amazing rep too.
Also here is a video of a holy paladin showing how you could do SM:

Thanks Dal, I had been told the original post was the one I linked to- turns out they were wrong. Thanks for the addition info.
I don't understand, I have a friend, holy pally, full epics and way better gear then the pally in the video, and he died doing this. Anything were missing? (This is the SM Cath part)
Thanks for the info. I've tried this on my Horde mage and found that around lvls 25-35, RFK works really well.
He probably have this : [Figurine of the Colossus]
Search in thottbot.
I don't think this works.
How is this possible? You dont really explain how all this works.
I tried this before with a warrior, level 64, and my alt, 36 warlock. The warrior pulled like 2 mobs, got them down to like 10% and ran out while Im still inside. I kill them off but sometimes it seems like im just getting group exp from some mobs, but other like 800.
Is this REALLY worth it?
What!
How do you do this then? Just the "ordinary" way? Kill-kill-kill?
The idea is just to rip through mobs at such an extreme pace that the XP gain trumps that of grinding solo even if you are being boosted by a 70. You need gear, you need speed, and mostly, a tolerance for the redundant.
Alright, guess this is impossible for a 64 warrior. Damnit.
just did this using a 70 druid power leveling a lowbie rogue. good tips. just make sure you dont get other poeple asking to join you coz when they see a lvl 70 in a lowbie instance, they know its power leveling time.
