While it's not entirely useless, there are some restrictions. This is based on the assumption that the user is in a level 25 guild. At least it was posted in the right place, you have to give him that.

The guild needs to be level 5 before "challenges" gives gold, not level 25.

Raid = 8/10 in 10 man and 20/25 in 25 man.
