1.: Get to the Timeless Isle to the starting area to this point

2.: Run around and skin every turtle you see, on my server it looks like this:

3: Profit! Each turtle will give you 1-4 exotic leather and up to 10 timeless coins and Prismatic Scales and Plump Intestines drop too.
