They don't respawn. Its a one-time thing for every character. So if you've done it on one character, you can't get the exp or gold again, but you can on an alt. As soon as you loot, tey disappear for good.

Exactly, so if you plan on going for server first level 95 next xpac save these for that as I have a feeling they will forget about these and the xp will scale.

For sure and I mention it briefly but I made a good 200k selling these 20 minute runs to people as a leveling package for 4k a pop.

what's the respawn time on the treasures?

They are a one time use per character. Certain treasures can spawn in multiple location like i mentioned. If for example someone grabs the fragment of dread right in front of you it will disapear briefly and if it doesnt reapear in the same spot in a few seconds it means it has moved. In the case of that treasure it can be in the back of the cave by hugaalon or in one of the five fingers to the right.

It is confirmed that next xpac will be to level 100, and not 95, just saying.
Trying this out on a level 86, will come back with results on the XP.
