Does "kek" still mean "lol" to horde (if typed by alliance)?

kek has never meant lol going from common to orcish, it's the other way around. Horde types LOL and ally see it as kek, if ally type kek horde see some other gibberish.

Not correct. Any cross-faction communication can result in a ban, regardless.

Terms of Use Section B, Subsection 10 ->

B -> "You may not" -> 10 -> "Communicate directly with players who are playing characters aligned with the opposite faction (e.g. Horde communicating with Alliance or vice versa)"

"Direct" - aim: aim or direct at....now, It isnt possible to directly communicate with alliance. therefore - Do your resarch before flaming my post. obviously, your one of those people who take blizzard to general..

Do my research before flaming? First of all, that wasn't a flame, it was a correction. Now, if I said "you're an idiot, you're wrong, post better crap next time" then i'd be flaming, but I wasn't.

My OP on this subject. I did do research. I read it in the ToS during a patch day, when I couldn't play. The next time I logged in, I submitted a petition, and I asked specifically what that policy was about, and it's about typing in random characters like this, which translates into text for the opposing faction.

You are the one who needs to do research before posting. Anyone who blindly assumed you were correct are at risk.

Slim? Sure. None? Nope. Possibly, being a site donator and all, I may actually care about the community, about contributing, about giving positive answers, ones I have researched, ones I know are to be true, instead of simply guessing, and thinking that I can write them off as "they only care about third party programs, even though I have done NO research to back this up".. Yeah.. That may be the case.

Maybe I’m not the one who was caught, who's quote about something being non-bannable was shot down, and not the one who's looking for an excuse out when called, instead of simply saying "I was wrong, good on ye mate!"

Anyways.. To put it simply. You are wrong, I am right. Cross-faction communication is against the rules. Yes it is possible to have direct cross-faction communication, and the way is to type in gibberish and have the other faction read it in a somewhat coherent sentence.

Ya know what.. If you don't believe me, and don't feel like asking for yourself, go out and spam all the text you want. If you're lucky and no-one who cares reports, and you don't get banned, then cool for you. But, when you run into the ******* who does care, and who knows the actual policies (because he/she cares about what he/she signs, and takes the policies to heart,) and get banned because of it, i'll simply tip my hat to you, and wish you a GG for not listening when someone pointed out the letter of the law, and you chose to ignore it =)
