He's not getting the gold off pure looting gold. He's saying with selling all the greens and twink gear chances to auction off. If he was making 5k an hour just looting, then props to him, but in other terms. Nice, +rep!

He probably gets nearly infinite embers from having RoF up at so many targets, allowing him to spam Ember tap to heal.
