The Shoulders from Shado Pan Assault Exalted rep are currently Disenchantable, which means depending on your server, you could actually get some huge amounts of gold.

They cost 700g @ the vendor.

Being in a lvl 25 guild also gives you the chance of getting 2x Sha Crystals.

Haven't tried it. But dont you get Haunting Spirits from 522 gear? Very interesting- but not exalted with shado-pan yet +rep

They aren't worth more than 200g each on my server aswell, but thats why i said "depending on your server"

But if you spend 700g and get two shards, then its only 260g. 700-260=You lose 440g by doing this.

If this is the case, this is insane. It would explain why some guy sold 6 stacks of Haunting Spirits on my realm today.

Wait, are we talking about disenchanting into Haunting Spirit or Sha Crystal? Shouldn't 522iL gears disenchant into Haunting Spirit?? I mean it's a big difference in price on my server (Sha Crystal - 300g versus Haunting Spirit - 4000g).

"Depending on your server" - Prices vairy per realm, might be worth much more on lowpop realms.

To clear it up before someone wasted money to try disenchanting for haunting spirits. Haunting spirits come from raid epics ilvl 522. Gear from vendors do not disenchant into haunting spirits!

But good guide, if and only if prices of the sha crystals were still high!

They can come from De'n them but i think the chance is low

Bought 10 shoulders and DE'd, 11 sha's and 0 haunting spirits. Haunting spirits only drop from raid gear (not lfr, normal or higher).

If you're lucky enough to proc 2 x Sha Crystal you can make a bit of profit by enchanting vellums with Bracers or Weapons enchant. Might be good on a long run, depending on how much you're willing to invest and on your server's AH.

Me and my Guild have tried this many, many times and NO-ONE has EVER gotten a Haunting Spirit from it. We all know GM's talk shit.
