I think Pyromancer Loregrain-Lv52 Rare Elite is normal spawn now. Couple weeks ago we did 5 runs to BRD in a day, he was there every time.

mantorkel , darkblader .. dont say +rep and done thing it gives automatically .. you have to wait till you get 1 rep power and then PRESS THE +REP BUTTON!

wow,but not all are instanced rare spawns,some here are just outside.and barrens is not horde territory,its neutral

In my experience, I have yet to see a rare spawn inside a TBC instance. Perhaps it's just really bad luck, but if you find me a rare spawn, gelormino, I'll give you my second born child.

Yep....You are correct there are no rare spawns in the BC instances, I just did a full database check
