After some serious exploration and further runs on PTR and live, I think I have come up with a much more reliable large gold chest route than from my first video. I managed to snag 16 chests myself in one run!

Of course, RNG is RNG. Incredibly, if it was good RNG I could've gotten as many as 20 or 21. I recommend listening to my audio commentary as well since I noob it a couple of times in the vid.

EDIT: I should also add that BE CAREFUL ON USING ELDERS CHARM ITEMS (key, sleep powder, etc). If you are going to use these items, you must use them OUT OF COMBAT. If you use one in combat all items go on a 1 min CD, and when you fall out of combat, another min is added, so technically 2 min CD if you use an item in combat. Be careful. You can use as many as you want with like a 5 sec CD or so between each one as long as you stay out of combat.

That is some hardcore bad luck! lol a couple comments back a guy says he got 19 chests, which is totally plausable cause in my vid there's a good 5 or 6 chests that were not spawned for me. Several guys on my server have told me they all got their 10 chests easy lol

Good guide, got 9x chests like 5 times already, alway get screwed by sentinels and wards on the second gauntlet. will try this method today if im luck enough to get a chest =)

In my experience there is a higher probability of getting one of the chest keys from the larger gold chests than from the smaller ones. However, it is still RNG. I've looted 17 chests in a run before and still only got 2 keys. I've gotten 4 keys off a 10 chests run. I've never gotten more than 4 keys interestingly but ya, sorry man pure RNG. I am sure there are some outliers out there that might get 20 chests and nail just 1 key. You never know.
