    Find Huggalon the Heart Watcher

    Huggalon is found within the Ghastly Confines in Townlong Steppes. You will be pointed in the right direction while on the quest A Trail of Fear.
    He can hit for between 40-50k, so keep that in mind when you run in as a level 87. Most groups with 2 decent high DPS players can kill, provided you have a tank or pet in your group. Most level 90s can solo him with no problem.
