Major Spellpower enchant - Flying mount not needed

Well if you didn't know, the Formula: Enchant Weapon - Major Spellpower May no longer drop, or at least has a really bad drop rate from the Razaani Spell-Thief's and now drops from the Bash'ir Spell Thief's at Bash'ir's Landing. Unfortunately you needed a flying mount to get there..

Well not anymore.. I was tired of trying to farm the Razaani's so I went looking for a way to get up to the Bash'ir on my 67 mage. I found an easy way up. I used slowfall, but you can use anything (ie: Noggin's elixer) that slows your fall. You may even be able to wall jump.. I do have to warn you that you will have to go through an area of 70-72 mobs, but its not really that difficult..

It took me only 11 kills of the Bash'ir Spell Theif's to get it to drop.. maybe I was lucky, but I think the drop rate is higher that what it shows on Thottbot because only enchanters can see the recipe.

The drop rate was buffed like 3 patches ago, they no longer drop from Razaani spell-thieves.. but have a big drop-rate from bash'ir. got mine in like 10 minutes as well.

It only drops from the Bash'ir Spell Thief's. And you have to be an enchanter to see it..

Some say that it drops fast.. others say it took them a while.. just depends on luck I guess.. I got mine after 11 spell thief kills.
