Fairly simple place for steam wheel cartel rep/leveling 70-74

Alright my first post so sorry if its crappy

I found this extremely easy way to level my toons from 70 to about 74 in a simple place.
so since i can get my toons from 1-70 in about 12 hours i lose all feeling to level more i also decide if i wanna twink (plus 70-80 is kinda hard for me) i just shelf them but it suddenly sparked in my head to level my dust collectors in grizzly hills and it worked great

Alright ill start with the leveling piece of it

Venture Co. Evacuee - NPC - World of Warcraft the center boat has 10 Venture Co. Evacuee on it and they are a type of "instaspawn" thing where if you kill them there always has to be 4 or 5 on the boat at a time so there is generally no downtime to killing them they give something like 1300 exp unrested no boas at level 71

You probably think its bad but its really easy to run around this boat and kill them considering this game is ultra crooked at low levels and i would doubt anyone is there and you could try and get 3 or more friends to go there and kill them with you (3 so you get group bonus) 5 would be great and simple exp

For the rep with the cartel the more people you have the better say your doing Insane in the Membrane - Achievement - World of Warcraft (Insane in the membrane)
have 10 people would be amazing you would constantly be killing a Evacuee due to there needing to be 4 or 5 on the boat at a time
each kill earns 6 BB rep 3 ratchet everlook and gadgetzan
i would recommend getting a level 14 guild and the battle standard of coordination for more rep/exp

This place is easily soloable with any class at 85 one comment on wowhead says that this is a bad place for rep but..
ive gotten from completely hated with booty bay to friendly easy on my rogue it took me about 3 hours to get 18000/36000 hated by myself (if you take out me being really lazy and helping others) the most people ive ever gotten to help me is 4 on my bad realm and it was extremely fast thats how i got to friendly quick so i could imagine 10 people would be easy win mode
