The new way farming Motes+Greens+Skyshards!(Still requires Exalted with Golden Lotus)

Hey man, got the same - you cant get more skyshards sadly and it's hard to find a buyer now

Also, I was in doubts if BoE's epics drops, and then suddenly I got 476 cloth chest, so apparently it does!

And if you get lucky as me, you can get 3 skyshards in a row in like 6 mins. I got 6 skyshardsl like that

Indeed. Fixed. =( tbh this was the best spot to farm motes for sure. You can still farm this spot manually, they didn't fix instant spawn.

No, there is no chance to make buff working in lake for sure. Gonna turn in the quest with tears in my eyes

But, fishes got instant spawn still, so there is old fashioned way to farm. HB + Elixir of Greater Water Breathing

Still, not even close while buff was working, but better anything then nothing ...

Its such an empty and helpless feeling to complete that quest Though I have to say, I was slowly going insane having Shrine phased.. it was like being in solitary.

I just hit exalted yesterday and this happens, what the hell!

EDIT: September 2014. Still pretty decent spot to farm with good geared ranged dps. Just stand in the leaf and tag all the fish.(you need some time to get 4-5 fish to spawn at the same time.) There is also rare spawn mob sometimes. Results for 20min with potion: imgur: the simple image sharer

Where is the spot for this? I cannot find it.


Edit: heavily nerfed fish in the pond, at this point I think there are better things to do with my potions of luck unless I'm in the wrong spot.

Edit2: After using one potion of luck I got ~ 20 chests and a bunch of sharp fangs and 2 stacks of golden hooks that vendored for 45g for 5 of them (9g per). Not worth it to farm here anymore, I'd rather use mogu to farm. I also realize this was supposed to be done with the quest but without the quest it seems to be pretty abysmal, and I'm sure with the quest it's also abysmal too at the moment.


Edit 3: Yeah, the 22 chests in the picture at the beginning of the thread is average for farming here in a 20 minute timespan. Isn't that bad, and it's a lot better than the mogu or mantid.

Only the first method couple years ago needed that rep to be exalted. To kill fish has no requirements.
