The new way farming Motes+Greens+Skyshards!(Still requires Exalted with Golden Lotus)

Be very careful with this method Blizzard is already catching on and I know of 2 people that have gotten a suspension (3 day temp ban) from this within the past hour.
The reason I say it can only be this is because I know these people personally IRL and they dont use any botting/hacking programs and found out about this method with me sharing it with them.
So just a warning to you all.
Edit: Just to add the three of us used the cow exploit but i never used the fish one and i didnt get a ban where as they did so I am pretty sure that it is not linked with the slaughtering of the cows.

I did this for about 3 hours yesterday. Got 40+ spirits of harmony 5 skyshards and an epic boe cloak. The only issue is I got a temporary suspension when I logged in today. I don't know if it has happened to anyone else or if my case is special but all I did yesterday was farm motes. I would be careful with this one if it isn't fixed already.

Man, I told my wife about the original message, when she hit exalted yesterday, and she went and did it for probably less than an hour. We woke up this morning and she got an email from bliz with her account suspension. Did you appeal at all? And if so, did they re-instate your account? She's really bummed that she can't play for 72 hours.

You won't get banned for doing this, unless you bot.
Your friends probably told you they didn't bot and then got banned. If they got banned, they botted, simple solution.

You may not get permanently banned, but four people I know who did this (including myself) all got 72 hour suspensions. None of us have ever used bots on our accounts, and simply used the exploits as means to get our alani drakes faster.

Well, i'd say this fish-method is more to Blizzards liking than the cow-killing? You are actually doing something (pulling the fish to you, e.g. playing the game) rather than just afk. Maybe someone got jealous and reported you for "botting" because you took their spot? Happened to me a number of times..

Is it possible to return to normal phase, after taken this quest, but havent completed it?
If I abandon it, I'm still phased, and nothing at shrine of seven stars.

I think the only way to get out from the phase is to complete the quest. TBH I'd like to have my weekly charms for loot..
I'm still farming. 4 new shards, ton of junk and motes today.

is not like you can't farm without the quest... so i don't understand why is only a guide for exalted + the quest guide.

you can kill the 4 mobs without any buff. it will go slower, i manage like 500/hours with my hunter (i guess with the buff you kill what? 2k? ). but well, less chance to be an abuse of game mechanics (using just the instant respawn of mobs not the buff too).

I did appeal but I didn't recieve an email until today and it claimed that I was botting. I don't use any bots so that's a loaded excuse. But it's only 72 hours so it's not that bad.

She appealed too, no response yet, but I'm sure it will be the same as yours. Oh well, I'm in the dog-house for the next couple of days I guess.
