great spot for exotic leather

While exploring the maps i ran across a cave in the windward isle (cords are 64,25) with a few tiger type mobs they go down pretty easliy for me (89 brewmaster). I decided to kill them for some leather and found that before I finished skinning them they respawned. They all give 1-3 exotic leather each and there are about 7 kills here 6 of them have 59k hp and the last one is a quest kill and has 787k hp. I can kill them all easily not sure how easily for clothies but imo its the best spot ive seen so far. hope this helps.
