Sadly this guide requires The Tillers to be Revered, this shouldn't take more than a few days but if you're already there you can be guaranteed 12-16 motes a day with 5 minutes work!

The item you want to buy is Songbell Seed, these drop a mote every time they're harvested. This means that at revered you get 12 motes a day and at exalted you get 16! They are sold by Merchant Greenfield for 1 gold each.
