Portal to Major town in Pandaria!

I'm not sure if this is a repost or not, so I apologize if it is!

If you are a mage and was curious where your portal / teleport to the new major town is, well it was put into the game, but nobody told you about it! When looking at the portal trainer in dalaran I saw that I could learn both teleport and portal to "Vale of eternal blossoms." Once I had learned those two, they did NOT appear in my portal / teleport spells or was anywhere in my spellbook.

Step 1: Go to dalaran (Not sure if the other portal trainers have it or not, this is just where I had picked mine up)
Step 2: Go to portal trainer and learn both portals
Step 3: Type the either of the following
Type /cast Portal: Vale of Eternal Blossoms
OR /cast Teleport: Vale of Eternal Blossoms
Step 4: Sell portals

EDIT: This is useless. As Burlol had pointed out, they are in the general tab

Common sense to go to a portal trainer after each xpac. It's under the general tab of spells
