Good XP grind spot in Dread Wastes --Scorpians

Hey, long time lurker, first time poster , did a quick search, didn't see anything on this but if there is let me know.

Ik'thik Amberstinger - NPC - World of Warcraft Ik'thik Amberstinger are elite npc's that roams around the bottom right of the Dread Wastes zone. They have about 800k hp, which may be difficult to solo at a low level, but if you get a 90 to help you kill them as you tag they go down fairly quickly.

At 89, they seems to get 89K~xp/kill not rested, or 177k xp/kill rested.

The respawn rate is decent, but not terribly quick; what I've found is if I kill them all before they respawn (usually if i have a 90 helping me) I have 2 real-ID/battletag friends invite me and my 90 buddy to a different server to kill the Amberstingers on that server, then zone back /repeat.
