Skyshard - Item - World of Warcraft


It only drops from mobs in that zone, read the comments.

blues have confirmed that any 90 mob can drop a skyshard.
the reason most are found in vale is that everything there is 90.

Thanks for the idea! Went there and got 22 motes of harmony in less than an hour - one thing I might add is that if you have the buff from Klaxxi that allows you to mind control a mob grab one of the guys on a scorpion and then you can add the elite scorpion groups to your list of kills making the run down the lane more effective and profitable - Must say the shard drop rate is horrific but the SoH were great! Thanks for the post!

I've been farming these two sections of the Dread Wastes the past few days, to make up for me slacking the first few days of release. Your main objective is going to be killing these rather large packs of 1 Ik'thik Slayer and 6 Ik'thik Warrior's. If you have the gear for it, I also suggest pulling a few additional Ik'thik Warriors & Ik'thik Raiders, and posibly even double-pulling the large packs.

The two sections are marked with red on the map, and the groups you're going to be looking for are also showed below on a screenshot. I personally think this spot is alot better for rep farming than the one out on Zan'vess, simply because you can pull these ones much quicker, and the competition is smaller. Have fun!
