Get Scroll of Resurrection without fulfilling Requirements

Hi,

I'll tell u how i managed to get a Scroll of Resurrection with an Account which was active after March 4th, 2012.
U still need to have full version of World of Warcraft.

Account A: Active Account
Account B: Inanctive Account

1. Send Scroll of Resurrection from Account A to Account B.
When u try to use the Scroll with Account B it'll say ur not allowed to use it.
2. Get some Gametime on Account B, i bought 2 months.
3. Now u open a GM Ticket and tell them sth like this:

Hi,
I tried to use the Scroll of Resurrection on Account B but strangely it didnt work.
Could u please look into it and activate it manually?

4. Now they answered me and told me they can activate it, i just need to send them further info like Name of the Char i want to get lvl 80.
5. Send them all the info they want and they'll activate the Scroll of Resurrection on Account B.

And that's all.
Unfortunately u cant get the Mount on Account A. I tried to get it but this is what the GMs told me (Poorly translated from German to English)

If u cant use the scroll of resurrection theres always a reason for it and normally u cant obtain it.
We look into this cases and activate the Scroll of Resurrection anyways.
As we activated the scroll of resurrection on Account B as a gesture of goodwill we can't give u mount in this case.

I think they do this to get more players back into World of Warcraft.

I can't garantuee that it works every time but i think its worth to try
