    Monkey Farming (Stormstout brewery)

Hello there this is a quick way my friends and me tested out. I'm lvl 88 getting about half a bar per pull which takes anywhere from 2:15-2:30 depending on your dps.

!.) Find a good group and make sure the dps is good

2.) Q up for the instance

3.) once in the instance have your tank pull all the mobs from the front of the instance to the room just before the first boss

4.) have 2 of your dps run into the first bosses room and pull all the mobs a mage and hunter works best for this because they can pull and run away fast enough without dieing

5.) bring all the mobs they pulled back into the room just before the first boss and AoE them down.

6.) once all the mobs are dead leave instance grp and re Q and run it again

7.) just rinse and repeat its easy and if your good you can get the run done in about 2mins or so.

Thanks just figured id add a little tip other than questing or instance Q grinding all the way to 90

P.S a druid healer works best for running and healing

This method can be 3-4 mins from start to finish per run (average) if you don't have the best pullers/healers/etc

If you are getting .5 bars per thats 40 runs which is about 2 hours for a level.

Since you do this so fast is there no instance lock when you enter too many times? Just wondering. If there is not I'm gonna give it a try for sure.

Monkeys in first two rooms give 15k exp per (5 of them), and the ones in the room upstairs give about 2k per and you kill 35 of them

150k ish exp per 2 mins non rested at 87. So the equivalent of 1 quest per 2.2 mins or so. Which is a yield of about 30ish quests worth in 1 hour.

So its about 1.5% per run or so, guild banner will help some.

If you are a single person this is not the fastest means of leveling... but i'm a multi-boxer and a lot of quests i have to repeat 4 times per (sniper quest line etc) which can take 30-40 mins for a single quest at times.

I tried to do this, but i must be missing something.
First off when i left the group i got dungeon deserter, also how do you reset the dungeon properly? Must the people be in the same server as you?
What i did was lfd, then once i got in we killed 40 of the things, and i left the dungeon and all i got was dungeon deserter. Another time we killed all 40 and were just standing outside the boss room wondering how to reset the mobs. Help please?

I'm pretty sure what the OP means is that you go into the group with friends and you all leave, then reset. If you're by yourself you could enter via the actual dungeon in the Valley of the Four Winds, not the LFD function. When you've killed all the trash, run out of the dungeon, right click your portrait and click 'Reset all instances'.

You have to be in a group of people willing to participate. You queue via LFD, and then once you kill all of the monkeys before the first boss you DO NOT LEAVE THE GROUP. All you do is open LFD and queue again while you're already inside. A new instance will pop up and you all just join the new one and continue rinsing/repeating.

As far as I know, it's not fixed, unless the patch on Tuesday fixed it.

Anyways, use the addon oQueue to find groups doing these "Monkey Runs" specifically. After everyone leaves the instance group, there is no need to reset any dungeons. Just requeue, clear the monkeys, leave and requeue.
