The daily quest [Replenishing the Pantry] in Halfhill Market can be completed endless number of times. I just got [Every Day I'm Pand-a-ren] by only turning in those [Bundle of Groceries]

I was NOT able to replicate this. I have been doing dailies there every day since launch. Just checked, no dailies available.

I play on EU server. Got 49 tokens within 30 minutes by doing this, guildie of mine got 600 cooking by doing the same, and buying mats for the tokens. There was a server restart few minutes ago, so maybe it's fixed now will go check and come back to you

this is working as intended, if your server is over run with mats to put in the bags or you just have them, its meant as a way to level up

Where does it say that? I don't recall being able to do daily quests more than one time a day..

This. it's one daily that u can do over again. i'ts either 1 token or 300g/stack mats on my server.
I'm currently rather selling the mats then handin em out for silly tokens.

Daily quest means u can do it ONCE only daily, if the quest is repeatable its not Daily and will be hotfixed soon.

This is a repeatable quest not a daily quest. If it wasn't it would mean you would need to do dailies for ~150 days in order to get the full set for cooking (apron frying pan and rolling pin)

They made the tokens semi-difficult to get because you need to combine a stack or more of particular cooking materials.

Working as intended as I see it.

Also if it was in fact a daily it wouldn't reward 1 gold and 25k XP.

It would reward 10+ gold and 115k+ XP

Dailies in the Dread Wastes award 259,600 XP at the moment and are available at 89 (Friendly with the Klaxi required, also rewards Valor)

This quest is infinitely and freely repeatable (i.e. not a daily), basically allowing you to combine any set of cooking ingredients directly into ironpaw tokens.

Working as it did in the beta. Working as intended. You have to turn in 20 stacks of fish (except for 60 golden carp)/ 100 vegetables / or 20 meats to make them into a grocery basket. You can then do this infinitely. They are endless tokens if you farm for them, just like saying there is endless gold. Well yes, if you farm for it.
