How do you guys trade the kits safely with another person without getting scammed?

I used to sell kits. What i would do is have them make a low lvl alt, invite them to a guild i made just for this purpose, let them view the tab that has all the mats, have them pit gold into bank, once i see gold was deposited i would promote them to a rank which would allow them to only withdraw from that tab. Once they have pulled all of their mats i would kick the alt out of the guild.

Use a guild bank, invite the buyer to let him see guild tabs, when he drop gold into guilb bank, promote him to a rank wich allow him to withdraw all the tab.
Like that :

Tabs :
tab 1 : jewelcrafting
Tab 2 & 3 : BS

Ranks :
jewel : Withdraw 100000/d in tab 1
BS : Withdraw 100000/d in tab 2 & 3
