New patch! Information you should know about before it hits.

Hi! I will try to summerize important things you should know about before the pre MoP patch hits.

- Head/shoulder enchants are no longer available, if you got any unused head/shoulder enchants they will become gray items and be useless (scribes can still get shoulder enchants from their profession). HOWEVER, currently, items with head/shoulder enchants already applied will NOT have their enchant removed. This mean if you want a head/shoulder enchant you will have to to get the item and enchant it before the patch.

- Scholomance/Stratholme gets updated. This also means that loot will be replaced, and if you want anything from the current for transmog/twink purposed, you have to get it before the patch. There are also various BoE items that drop in the items which I believe will no longer be obtainable, as this has happened to BoE items in previous dungeons that have been redone. For example, the set in SM cotains BoE items. Scholomance also contain a few recipes that has a random drop chance in there.

Scholomance notable items:
Sawbones Shirt (2% drop according to WoWhead from Doctor Theolen Krastinov. The drop rate is believed to be higher).
Deathbone Guardian (Recolor Black)
Deathbone Guardian (Recolor Blue) (Set can be completed with items out of scholomance though).
Necropile Raiment (Close alternatives available, but robe for example is the only one without sleeves).
Cadaverous Garb
Bloodmail Regalia (Not particulary matching, some pieces might worth having though)
Alanna's Embrace (Sexy robe, 2% drop from Ras Frostwhisper)
Headmaster's Charge (Iconic because it was used in the World of Roguecraft movies. 2% drop from Darkmaster Gandling, used to be 1 in 500, according to Mute at least!)
Theres other various weapons and items that drop there as well, some will however have their model reused in the new Scholomance, but the level requirement will be different. (This is judging by the current PTR and may change).

Scarlet Monastery notable items:
Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade(No idea if this will be in the new SM)
Chain of the Scarlet Crusade (Transmog set, add the Raging Berserker Helm and Herod's Shoulder and you got yourself a "complete" SM set.
Deadman's Hand (Current BiS ring for 29 twinks, also a epic!)
There are also weapons in here, but some will have their model reused in the revamped dungeon. But the level requirement will be different. (This is judging by the current PTR and may change).

-Princess Theradras quest in Maraudon can currently be accepted when you are level 28 and rewards BiS items for all classes in the 29 twink bracket. This will be changed to require level 36.

- Ragefire Chasm will be changed. This means that quests in there can not be accepted before level 15. Currently they require level 13. Only people playing in the level 10-14 bracket will be affected by this.

Of note the rare Mobs in SM will be removed as well. Many of the items are BiS twink items from them and their loot tables of course will be removed. Also note that all RFC items are just being renamed.
