So have i, got screenshots of the chat with GM aswell, it is not a 100% legal because your still gambling for their currency & minors could gamble.

However since its virtual minors are allowed to gamble with it at the age of 12+ (in EU). (All Vegas games from 3DO were from 12+ atleast and that was virtual money, i had 3 off them). Hardly see the difference.

This looks pretty legit. You could still get away with is on US realms too probably, just deny it into the ground that you were doing anything wrong and it will all go away. As long as you're not a doucher when someone loses their money and they don't lose their cool and report you, you should be fine I would think.

This is tthe only way to keep it legal however. It MUST be organised outside the game.

That article refers to a situation where you advertised it ingame. Out of game coms to set up gambling is allowed.
