easy buffs for pve leveling

pretty simple really i just discovered it so not sure if its already been posted.
if your only pve leveling then join the queue for battleground, should only take a couple of minutes.
once your in you should be in the starting area for a couple of minutes. everyone is buffing each other.
once you have your buffs leave battleground.
you will have deserter for 15 mins. but the buffs will last longer than that.

rinse and repeat.

Does this still work? I thought they changed it so that you lose your buffs now when you leave the party? Or is it the joining of a BG that clears buffs?
