+Rep for the guide, still expecting more from it. However, I don't like a few things in this guide. First of all, you could've done a guide for 70 twinking, instead of 71-74 because of the simple fact that you can't do arenas at 70 if your level is above it. Your guide is mainly around the axe from archeology, and you should still include what gems people should use, and gear they should buy. In addition, this is just my personal opinion, but you can't compare shaman with a rogue in the TBC expansion simply because the TBC expansion was the glory of the rogue.
My question is, why a rogue, and not any other single class in the 70 bracket?-Why a Shaman and not a Rogue?
The answer is simple, you can't make your other class look like this.
Attachment 6247
I can easily claim that as a 70 rogue twink, an enh shaman is one of our easiest targets.

You can do arenas at 71-74. You just have to be on arena team before you ding 71. If you leave the team, then you can't join another. Also you can't. Queue for raid finder at 71-74
And yes rogues will rip your face off
A: why am i comparing only shaman and rogue?
Because they would get the maximum benefit from the axes. other classes could wield them (warriors, DKs, hunters, Rogues) but they benefit a Shaman and rogue most due to being agility weapons. (NTM war/dk/rogue would probalbly prefer glaives)
B: Spec, gems etc?
Its in the OP man. might want to check the hyperlinks again
C: arena questions
Bomboclat has it right, 2 posts above this.
and this guide was mostly intended for the BG and RBG/wargames brackets.
Update: Progress on completing my gearset currently being hampered by horde side 70-74 bracket sucking HARD at pvp. it could be bad luck, but i've had 4/4 games today where 30% of the bg farms mid. 0-2 healers horde side, 3-4 alliance side. its felt like XP off bracket actualy means BRAIN OFF bracket.
edit: 5/5 games now with no healer.
Edit: 10 games today. 10 losses.
horde side in this bracket has almost no healers.
im dead serious. in 10 games i saw maybe 5 healers.
One of those games was AV. AV. NO HEALERS.
alliance side? 3-5 per game.
if your following this guide horde side, roll a healer instead please![]()

Lol yeah xp off pugs arent any better than xp on pugs in this bracket. You can chalk it up to most of this bracket being 19 rerolls and levelers who stop xp in their ungemmed and unenchanted welfares lol
I'm gonna lvl a prot paladin to 71 to use this badboiii![]()
Tha, prot isnt overly great TBH. yeah, people will have issues killing you, but you will have issues killing others.
IMO for maximum ownage, roll theses on a Enhancement Shaman. if really dont have any interest in shaman, roll them on a DK, Rogue or Warrior.
(but tbh as a rogue you'd be better off trying to nab Dual Glaives.)

This guide is awesome but like someone said on the first page - why not DK's?
Also - to get niffle what lvl arch do you need? and can you level it with one char, then unlearn arch, and re learn it and get another? Or is it 1 per char always?
Havnt updated in a couple days. Leveled Engineering.
Got the mana gulper tinker.
>.<
so i unlearned it and trained it again
im now the proud owner of the Tazik Shocker tinker. this, the Synapse Springs and the health gulper were what i was hoping for, and i got the first choice.
4.3-5.2k damage. in the 70-74 bracket. thats like 2/3 of someones hp! goodness gracious me!
Because DKs use strength weapons. the Niff axes are agility.
And to get the Niff axes you need to be able to do archeology in Northrend.

what arch level is that? and is it just a random drop or is there a certain spot u farm it?
requires above 375 skill i believe.

You need to look up how Archaeology works sir. you go to northrend and dig the digsites there. You'll get the Niff axes from Vyrkuul.
don't ONLY do the Vyrkuul sites however. just dig everything.
You might want to get the addon Archy - Archaeology Assistant - Archaeology - World of Warcraft Addons - Curse And another good addon that ties into Archy nicely is TomTom : Map, Coords, Compasses : World of Warcraft AddOns
