I believe that this has been around ever since Cata came out and was used by many people since the new Booty Bay Bruisers were very hard to kill. I really don't get what is new in this guide and I believe that it was posted several times on this forum too.

It has been around since cata. My friends and i got wat we wanted so i wrote the 1st guide on another site ages ago. i didnt bother writing a guide up here cause i keep thinking someone else will do it, but i never saw it so i wrote one up.

I'm having a problem.... Once I completed all the quests to phase Booty Bay I started killing all those guys that gave rep, and everything was working as intended. But after a while I looked at my reputation bar and saw that I was almost fully hated with bloodsail. So I killed a few more rep giving mobs, it said "Reputation with bloodsail bla bla has been increased." but! Here is the problem my rep wasnt increased... it was decreased! Anyone else had this problem? :S I made a GM ticket aswell, hope they can answer my question.

Yeah, a GM will be able to fix that.

When you are grinding rep with a Hated faction at fist it look like the hated bar is going up, but even with the bar is moving up and u are indeed getting rep.
Standing Farm Rep Gained
Hated 0-36000 - rep bar will go up and it looks like you are getting more hated but you are in fact gaining rep, if you where loosing rep the bar would decrease (you need to get 36k/36k to move to hostile)
Hostile 0-3000 -rep bar will go up and it looks like you are getting more hated but you are in fact gaining rep
Unfriendly 0-3000 -rep bar will go up and it looks like you are getting more hated but you are in fact gaining rep
Neutral 0-3000 - from here its all as normal.
Friendly 0-6000
Honored 0-12000
Revered 0-21000
Exalted 0-999

idk if i would ask a GM over this one. they have hotfixed it once allready and said they dont wont people doing the grind this way.

Yes, but the problem is I'm at 35500 at Hated, when I first looked I was at like 30000 or something. And the rep was decreased when killing the mobs.

This is not an exploit, it's just clever use of game mechanics.

This is normal, everyone starts around 30k of hated and you need to get the bar to 36k/36k then it goes to Hostile, just keep killin the mobs and see wat happens.

Hated rep wont go 30k, 29k, 28k, 27k, 26k, down to 0,
It will go up, 30k, 31k, 32k, 33k, 34k, 35k, 36k, hostile, unfriendly, etc
