Well this is more or less common sense, but posting it anyway for those who might not know.

Since Transmogrification was announced prices on items from specific craftable items went sky high.
For example on my server Blood of the Mountain went from 200g to 1k at the moment.
Its item that drops by Molten Destroyer and is used to craft Sulfuron Hammer.

Same story followed the Sulfuron Ingot which is also used for the hammer and dropped by Golemagg.

Then there is also Elementium Ingot which is used to craft Thunderfury.


This might be server dependant but on my server prices for those items went sky high.
So farming some bwl and mc could bring high amount of money for the time being.
There might be more items, but for the time being those 2 are the ones i think lots of people might want to have.

the people buying that stuff up have not done there research.

you can not transmogrify anything to look like a legendary. blizzard specifically stated that.

Why are all contributors stupid?

Sulfuron Hammer is the epic quality item needed to build into Hand of Ragnaros. Ergo you can use it for transmogrification. Why anyone would want too when Sulfuras, The Extinguished Hand looks exactly the same is another story.

No, not all contributors are stupid. TehVoyager made a valid point. You cannot make an item look like a Legendary item. The Sulfuron Hammer has the same basic model, but it does not look exactly like it. Also, Sulfuras, The Extinguished Hand is dropped from a raid, and not everyone raids. So, your post about how "every contributor is stupid hurrr" is invalid, and reported.

Well i might be stupid for you or whatever ... just wanted to point it out since price went up so much ... atleast on my server as i said before.
Don't think flaming is needed, but oh well suit your needs

1. Legendarys cannot be used.
2. The price is so high since cataclysm (before cata people thought that molten core will be removed, that means that you nearly cannot get blood of the mountain anymore and sulfuron ingot too).
3. People buy it because they want the achievement.
