Hello this is my 3rd post... it has been more than 3 years also sorry for my English I'm in the process of learning
HUNTER
First of all: Macros that will make a difference
Mark & send pet: this is very useful macro because in a dungeon you can turn your pet on passive.. and using this macro it will only attack the target you are casting the mark
Macro:
/cast Hunter's Mark
/petattack
(its common sense but sometimes we forget![]()
all pet actions in 1 button: i did not wrote. This macro will revive your pet if it's dead or you hold down shift, call it if it's dismissed, mend it if it's alive, feed it if you press alt at the same time and dismiss it if you right click the button.
Macro:
#show [modifier:alt] Mutton Chop
/cast [nopet] Call Pet
/cast [@pet,dead][mod:shift] Revive Pet
/cast [pet,nomod,button:1] Mend Pet
/cast [pet,nomod,button:2] Dismiss Pet
/cast [pet,mod:alt] Feed Pet
/use [pet,mod:alt] <food item>
i don't recommend making a macro for arrow skills
Pet Advices
i will personally recommend to tame a wolf. it has the furious howl that increase your crit strike rating by 5%
or i will recommend a cat too they are one of the most dpsing pet...
obviously this is without going for BM because you can get exotic pet..
i will always recommend in pet talent tree, go for dps and attacking speed, giving armor to your pet its worthless, well at the point that you can heal, I'm talking in a dungeon, this is different when you quest.
more tips
-always try to get more +agi items- don't go for armor or stamina (you will still get them but choose agi over everything) don't enchant +attack power enchant always +agi it balance your character you will be doing a lot of dps and crits instead of one of those. you get attack power your dps will be higher but lower crit, and if you go crit strike rating you will get less dps, but using agility as a priority will keep you balanced.. or well its my personal opinion.
in raids you can be top dps, just keep aimed and steady shoot and you will see![]()
WELL this is it! ...
my 3rd guide, i know it must be common sense, i know a lot of you will say repost, or usefulness, but i made it to contribute in what i am good atso hope it will help you, thank you for taking time and reading this...
