Im earning slightly over 1k per day, im using guildinviter addon with a phrase that people think is funny so more people will join it. (it whispers anyone u try to invite with it)
"Look at yourself. Now look at me. You may have noticed i have a guild. Back to you. Why aren't you in our guild? Back to me. Since i am in our guild, i get great bonuses like 10%xp. Would you want to miss out on that? Im on a horse."
Also using these two macros

This one kicks anyone under level 10, and its easy too change to whatever level pleases you.

This one kicks anyone that have been offline for more then 3days, and you can ofcourse change that number too easily. I have it set too 3days and using it all the time, and we are always at around 950-1k members.

Im usually recruiting once every second day with the levels 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 60-69, 70-74, 70-79, 80 81 82 83 84 85. Usually covers most of the levels.

Its not really theft, since if people put stuff in the gbank it aint considdered their item anymore.

Plus this would work, if your going inactive for some time. Its free gold that will be gathered even if you dont play, no matter how small the amount is.

This is actually really good. There is no bad in doing this, since you actually create a masive guild, where people can find friends, raiders, and active players. You actually do a job keeping innactive members out of the guild and inviting more.
Also doing this you wont get ban. I tell you this because you probably can make more money with a bot or hack, but you are not risking your account here.
If you run the macros once per 3 days, or once a week, or once every 10 days, imagine that you can actually get 10K gold (1k per day) doing almost nothing onces the guild is running.
It's very simple to make a guild, with this tips I manage to get more than 100 members in one day. (Still level 1 Guild) but once I get 1K members I will start kicking low levels, and focusing in end game.


is there a way to invite only lvl 80+ to the guild? all the addons invites everyone unguilded

Yes, and too maximize your gold income use the macros i posted before, too kick inactive people so you mostly have active people in the guild. The addon im using the guildrecruiter addon, it also wont invite anyone more then once unless you clear it (which i usually do after awhile). And yes, im making 1k per day. nice income
