Also if you simply kite/tank the Fungal Behemoth they keep spawning mushrooms and upon killing them also rewards you the charms. Been kiting 4-5 on me and tanking them with my back to a wall, spawning mushrooms on me that I swipe. (Playing tank Druid.)

Not sure how efficient it's for other classes but probably most efficient so far as long you can tank/avoid the direct damage done by the mobs.

Not sure, but did they fix the Battle for the Citadel exploit of this last year? Remember running around running down those dudes outside ICC for the charms.

Nice spot. grinded there for the last hour nonstop. Took a SV hunter. Seems the perfect class for farming here. 1 multishot for bats and 2 for ground-mobs. I got 47 bracelets in 60 in deepholme farming them. Dont know if this is much atm, cause i still have the numbers from last year in my head ^^ anyways +rep for u sir

You can also kill mobs in ulduar with your tank(GOES SUPER FAST) I just filled my backpack with them in around 5 min work.

Unconfirmed. Killed mobs in all 3 vehicles/no vehicle and failed to get one.

Do you have "Lovely Charm Collector's Kit" in your bag? If you don't, you can't loot any.
I've just tried and currently have 6 stacks.
